Our Story

My name is Matt, creator of Invisible Services, based in Lampeter, Ceredigion. I have 15+ years of experience in IT and 7+ years in web design. My passion for quality service & support is at the heart of every website Invisible builds. I believe that building a website doesn’t have to be a confusing or costly venture and it’s for that reason that Invisible Services was created. We started with one simple goal: to make beautifully designed websites affordable and accessible to everyone.

Our goal is a design that you love, so it’s absolutely critical that you are satisfied with each and every step until it’s perfect.

Discovery

We’ll have a chat about your goals and what your website needs to do. I’ll immerse myself in your business, and ask plenty of questions so we’re on the same page.

Design

We’ll work together to learn about the look and feel of your website, such as the choice of typography, colour pallet and website components. We’ll collaborate throughout this whole process.

Deploy

I will check you website works on all major web browsers and on all devices eg laptop,tablets & mobile, before letting the website loose on the world wide web.

Delight

When your website is live, we’ll keep in touch to review how the website is performing, and continue to grow the site together making sure you the customer is happy.
